Made in the finer style, the fruit was whole bunch pressed into stainless steel before cool fermenting for 3 weeks , it was left on fine lees for a further 2 months to develop complexity, richness and texture. It is straw in colour, with aromas of grapefruit, melon, nectarine, orange zest and almond. An elegant style with round yet restrained fruit and good length, balanced with fine acidity.. Perfect to enjoy now or with good cellaring, just as good in 4 - 5 years.
