This is a stunning single vineyard Estate grown Rosé is reminiscent of a true French Provence style, This 2023 vintage offers soft sweet aromas, and on the palate displays a hint of strawberries and a touch rose petals finishing with a mellow dryness and bright acidity. With a hidden complexity unlike many Rosé’s, this truly is a wine that we are particularly proud of and is a best seller.

Bottle fermented, for a minimum of 15 months, riddled for 2 months, before being disgorged and topped with a minimal dosage. Produced from fruit grown at our Flying Duck vineyard in the King Valley.
Very pale straw in colour, the aromas have a hint of floral, brioche and baked apple. The palate displays green apple, pear and lemon sorbet finishing crisp and dry. The generous mouthfeel of fine bubbles is attributed to by the traditional method in which it was made.

Made in the finer style, the fruit was whole bunch pressed into stainless steel before cool fermenting for 3 weeks , it was left on fine lees for a further 2 months to develop complexity, richness and texture. It is straw in colour, with aromas of grapefruit, melon, nectarine, orange zest and almond. An elegant style with round yet restrained fruit and good length, balanced with fine acidity.. Perfect to enjoy now or with good cellaring, just as good or better in 4 - 5 years.

The 2022 Barbera is a medium bodied wine with vibrant ripe fruit flavours that include blackberries and cherries. These are in perfect harmony with low tannins a well-balanced acidity. This wine can be enjoyed with a range of different foods, such as pizza, lasagna, gnocchi ragu and osso bucco, duck, lamb, pork and sausages.

An Italian red grape, that derives its name from the latin san Jovis, “Blood of Jupiter”, predominantly grown in Tuscany region and know as Chianti or Brunello. This light to medium bodied wine is light garnet to ruby in colour. This easy drinking wine offers up flavours of plums, sour cherries, tomato, herbs, herbs and savoury spices. Finishing with bright acidity and medium tannins. A classic accompaniment for tomato based pizza and pasta dishes, hard cheese and charcuterie, BBQ meats and vegetables or gnocchi with butter and sage sauce
