Shipping & Returns

National Shipping

King River Estate delivery service is provided by Australia Post eParcel. We aim to deliver within 5–7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to track your order via the Australia Post website.

All wines are securely packed in padded packaging to ensure they arrive safely, and breakages are rare.

If no one is available at the delivery address, a card will be left, and your package can be collected from your local post office.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns

At King River Estate, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your purchase for the full value of the original order or receive a full refund.

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged and/or broken wine bottles.

  • Wine that you believe has a fault.

  • You may try one bottle from your order and still be eligible for a refund if you are unsatisfied.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in their original box and packaging.

Once your return is received by our team (typically within 72 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If your product arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
